What I do: Be involved with organizations and causes that are important to me, meet new people and make new connections, try new and different things, and eat.

Why I joined aKDPhi: Throughout my life I never really had an older female figure I could look up to and when I came to UF, immediately I saw that many leaders in my community were aKDPhi. I admired them and wanted to be just like them. I knew they could also provide me a support system and give me the confidence I needed to chase my dreams. From becoming AASU president to competing in Miss UF, my sisters have always been my biggest cheerleaders, and because of them, I have never been afraid to fall.
