What I like: Music (indie, rock, jazz; anything really as long as my ears like it), do-it-yourself projects, scrapbooking, painting, geocaching, science fiction/psychological thrillers, robotics, coding, chemistry puns, collecting key chains, and spending time with my family and friends.

What I do: My hobbies include listening and playing music, doing anything artsy, and exploring town. I also like being outdoors, especially if my puppy is with me.

Why I joined aKDPhi: I wanted to challenge myself. Seeing how much these ladies have accomplished, I looked up to them and wanted to be like them. I admired how they carried themselves with such poise and passion for what they stood for.

Coming into college as an only child (an introverted one at that) is quite overwhelming, but aKDPhi made me feel welcome from the start. aKDPhi provided me with a chance to establish a strong support system—sisters who will consistently encourage me to strive for my goals—and enrich my college experience.
